At Stephen Hodge Associates Ltd, we can carry out a wide range of domestic and commercial surveys. For the residential property owner, this could be anything from a simple Homebuyer's Report through to a Structural Survey (Building Survey), or Party Wall Survey. When carrying out a Party Wall Survey we can act as the 'Agreed Surveyor', acting for both parties and hence reducing the costs for those involved.
Project Management involves us professionally overseeing and managing your building project. We deliver the completed project in a timely cost effective manner through design legislation and design issues using our wide ranging professional advice and techniques. Most of our projects are handled from the initial design concepts through the initial brief, obtaining planning permission and conservation consent.
One of our Directors spent 10 years on team at a Major International Loss Adjusting Company, obtaining qualifications from CILA. Subsequently he brings a wide range of knowledge of insurance policies, terms and conditions. We have over 35 years of experience dealing with property insurance claims with our particular expertise in historic and period properties.
We offer a Design and Restoration service where careful and detailed thought is put into the design, extension, conversion and alteration of your property.
