SJT Construction provide a varying range of expertise in the building and construction industries, they are detailed below. SJT Construction (IW) Ltd is a construction based company that can take you project from the initial design stage to the completion of all building works under one roof. We are based on the Isle of Wight, but carry out works across the Island and mainland UK and even abroad.

In this section you will see the projects that we have been asked to prepare on behalf of our clients either planning or building control applications or both.

SJT Construction were assigned to carry out initial survey, feasibility drawings and drawings for the purposes of a planning application to be submitted as a formal application to the the local council. Along with design and access statement (provided by Janet Kendall), agricultural appraisal (provided by Rodney Wood) and structural report (provided by CSP structural design).

We were contacted by the client from a recommendation from one of our subcontractors. Originally were instructed to provide the client with a frame work for them to complete the internal works, but in working with the client were able to complete all the works to enable the client to move into a completed extension.

SJT Construction were instructed to submit a planning application on behalf of the clients which they successfully obtained. Following this we started construction works on site following the submission of a building notice and have now completed all works. We were instructed to apply for planning application and obtain approval for a detached studio, following successful approval a building notice was submitted and construction works have begun.
