Ordering from this company was a farcical disaster of customer service. Purchased a light online on 7th Aug. It didn’t arrive. Phoned on the 18th to chase it, and was told the orders person would call me tomorrow. He didn’t. I called back on the 19th and was told that the fitting was out of stock with their supplier. They hadn’t thought to let me know. They said they’d send me some pictures of alternative designs that might work instead. That didn’t happen.
Called again on 24th Aug and demanded a refund, and was told that they’d already issued a refund after we spoke on the 19th, but
