Just fitted new innards to a defective close coupled cistern, all parts recommended by John at George Jones & Bros. I had some difficulty with the configuration and manufactures instructions but was put on the right path after a short telephone conversation. Fantastic customer service as always, I'll be coming to you first when I update my bathroom next year. We'll done guys.

We ordered an entirely new bathroom through George Jones & Bros earlier this year for fitting during summer 2021. The customer service, level of insight, and care were utterly perfect in every respect. Our entire order was received perfectly to schedule even with difficulties arising from Covid-19 and pandemic restrictions. The recommendations, advice, and ongoing support with our fitter during installation were outstanding, and every slight issue and unforeseen circumstance was dealt with quickly and professionally (e.g., we needed to order a few extra elements during installation, and there was

A simply amazing shop. I've been in for all sorts over the past couple of years, from cistern parts, kitchen tap cartridges and washers to a full cloakroom shower. Advice was free and forthcoming, whether it was replacing washers in a tap or laying a shower tray properly.
I now have a full bathroom to fit and I'll be taking all my business there, from pipework to bath. Competitive pricing, even taking into account the limits of what an independent can do. Service second to none.

Helpful, competent and friendly.
I visited to ask about a replacement cartridge for a tap.
The staff member dealing with me was incredibly helpful, taking time to clean and grease the old cartridge for me as a temporary fix and refusing to charge for the service.
Later that day I bought new cartridges from them which are now working perfectly.
Great customer service. I will definitely return.
