We primarily serve the domestic market, with repeat orders and recommendations making up over 80% of our business. After nearly two years of trying to get our patio awning fixed we have now had success. The problem was the remote control would only open or fully close the awning. I was advised by the company we purchased it from to re programme the remote control. This did not work and as they were out of the area and the awning was nine years old they would not come to fix it. I tried various other companies and most said they did not repair other company products or did not turn up for appointments.
