Outstanding service. If you are looking for a mirror and you can't quite find the one you want then don't worry. Ali the owner of this place will go above and beyond to get what you want . We couldn't find the mirror we were looking for for our new porch. It was the size we were struggling to find. So a visit to Kings Heath mirrors sorted it out. We gave them the design and measurements and Ali and his team made the mirror we wanted. It took about 3 weeks but the wait was worth it. Ali himself even came out to fit it.Cannot say enough about this shop and 5 stars doesn't do their service justice

Needed an emergency glass piece to put on my front door while getting the stained glass fixed. All I can say is, WHAT A GENTLEMAN! It was about 2-3hours wait but he pushed me to the front of the queue and got it done within 20min

Wonderful and creative workmanship by Kings Heath Mirrors on our large multi panelled living room mirror. The photos don’t do it justice. It was an ambitious project which required a lot of skill in cutting, polishing and framing owing to size and weight. The effect is very non traditional and dramatic, something different. They were also very kind to have installed it for us. Thank you for bringing our vision to life! Very friendly family business who have our complete support. Highly recommended.

I am so happy with the mirror that was just fitted. I ordered the mirror at the weekend and then decided to have it fitted. They managed to came and fit in in the same week and did an outstanding job. The small bathroom in my flat now feels a lot bigger. Very professional and good quality service. 5/5 stars

We just purchased a glass cover for our table from the shop only for it to shatter entirely on our table top. My wife has glass cuttings on her hands from the reaction. The table is now also damaged from the impact.
I want to emphasise, we did NOTHING to cause this. After the incident, the shop owner said its normal to happen when two pieces of glass touch, which is utterly ridiculous as they allowed us to purchase it.
When teaching out to the shop, the said this is normal to happen which is beyond belief. They were unwilling to accept any liability for the damage, and hung up on me after calling

First class service throughout. ordered my 4 mirrors for wardrobe doors and within a week a text and a phone call confirmed they were all ready for collection at a reasonable price including the adhesive (very strong and worth buying too!).
