Unfortunately the quality of work is very poor. This is not what I have expected for almost £300 000 for one bedroom flat. I do believe that for all investors this amount of money is 'nothing' but for me it is a lot. In case of any complaint, they ask you to wait for a very long time before they will investigate any of my concerns. That is very sad they don't look after their existing customers. I have some advice for potential customers:
-check the quality of work
-make sure walls are vertical
-check sockets (some of them may don't work)
-make sure spot lights work and you are able to replace

Update 2021
Owning this property now for four years nothing has changed.
We still look out on a wasteland that was sold to us as more homes cafes and the water bought in from the harbour. (such a great sales tactic) I always wonder if we were missold!
However four years on its still a mess with the worse management company ever, recruited by Inland Homes. (Ringleys)
Many of the apartments up for sale and they are just not being bought so most now rented out...
Again I reiterate like I did a year ago think before you buy a new home from Inland.
Oh and as a by the by I would question whether

Do not buy. Bought a new flat with nothing but issues and no regard or customer service. They specially ask you to send an email complaint, just to get you off the phone, which never get responds to. We had water pouring from our electrics due to bad plumbing in the two flats above us, and we had all their waste water sink through our ceiling. This went on for over three weeks due to their customer service admin was on holiday. The water damage created black mold throughout the flat and our front door buckled to a level we could not open. Only received a response when advised we would be contacting

Saturday 24th of November 2018 and i was woken up by the noise of a digger bucket being shaken and the bright lights from spotlights shining through my window at 6.00am in the morning..I live in the marina next door to the Chapel waterside development in Southampton.Just another lie told by the Inland homes representatives at the public meeting held before work started. They said there would be no early morning starts.
They also promised they would suppress the dust and not disturb the sea,the seabed or the wildlife. The local swans have developed a liking for the taste of polystyrene from the site

Inland Homes have made our lives a living hell. After purchasing a brand new development off this developer we have had nothing but endless problems. Inland Homes built a new development on land which was surrounded by Japanese Knotweed. We are now stuck with a property which will forever have the stigma of Japanese Knotweed and is unlikely to sell. The quality of the build was so poor, there was a hole in the front of the building infrastructure which caused something (likely to be a small animal) to die within the walls of the building and cause an infestation of maggots which to this day has
