I used this company for a recent new full central heating installation in a large top floor flat. From the initial quote to commissioning the system, Jamie and his team were professional, punctual, hard working and efficient. Communication was excellent, and the job was completed in 3 days. Jamie returned a few days later to check everything was in order and to sign off the system. I'm delighted with the job, and have no hesitation in recommending Jamie and his Company. Jamie did a fantastic job replacing my old boiler. He responded quickly to my email, arrived when he said he would, checked out the old boiler and booked a date for the replacement. He provided some advice on the options and a couple of quotes which were clearly laid out and good value. Jamie has sorted numerous plumbing problems in my house. Nothing fazes him and he has succeeded when experienced plumbers have given up. I am particularly grateful for his repair and maintenance of my central heating boiler. Until Jamie fixed things, I had been plagued with issues that required visits from the Worcester engineers. All our quotes were quite similar so we chose McCartney as a Which trusted trader and a small independent vs the 'national' guys.
Jamie (and his guys) arrived promptly each day of the job, worked very efficiently and cleanly considering the complexity of our removal and reconfiguration job.
The work has been completed to a very high standard, very neat too and pretty much in exactly the time Jamie said it would take to do.

My family have used J McCartney Plumbing and Heating for over 30 years. They are extremely reliable, efficient and professional. My parents have had big jobs from bathroom suite to general small repairs done and all work completed has been very competently completed to a high standard. As someone whom has only recently moved into a property, I needed a new boiler and Jamie couldn't have been more helpful and pedantic in his work. Jaimie installed our boiler a few years ago and has serviced it every January since then. The installation was trouble free with the minimum disruption to our home. He has also helped us out at very short notice to remove and replace our wall mounted central heating controller when our kitchen was being refurbished. He treats your home with respect as well which is not always the case with other trades persons. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.
