We cannot fault this company. We have used them previously to get some blinds and had a great experience, so we decided to use them again for new carpets and vinyl in our house. Mark was very helpful when giving us a quote and when we were deciding what to pick, and the fitters did a fantastic job, they were extremely professional and helpful!!

Very poor customer service ,in fact rubbish from Mark , no follow up from messages left ,even his
helper in Office never answered messages left. The Roman blind I ordered came with pinches in folds,
poor quality and even wasn’t hung centrally. A second blind was ordered which in discussion with Mark was not what I wanted, I had asked for a refund. The second blind arrived and was no better. With much discussion and visits to catch Mark in the shop a refund was decided on. An appointment was made to take blind down the following week , I waited in most of the afternoon but no one turned up

Absolutely rubbish! No customer care or telephone manners even from the owner Mark.. he was very rude. In total we have spent £2400 with them. Have been waiting for blinds for 9 weeks with no return call with any communication from the company even tho I had paid 50% of the money already. When I complained the reply was “we were in touch with your partner” how is that possible when my husbands number was never given nor ever used. This was the ridiculous reply from

I had been getting confused with sizes and eventually was told " tell me your name, order now and I will ignore what you put and instead give you the correct blind" It arrived this afternoon (c.24hours after order) and I have just fitted it. Mark and his team have been great! I have had carpets and blinds supplied by them and they have been both professional and friendly. They are even trying to source some blinds for me that they do not usually stock, which is really helpful.... I would recommend using them... a lovely local company and nice guys.

Amazed in these difficult times how very professional 1st choice blinds were, from the second I picked up the phone I had a hassle free service.
Within 48hrs a professional salesman turned up with a variety of samples to choose from, and gave me some good sound advice on what blinds to have in my conservatory, once design, colour and pattern was sorted, a quick measure up and a very reasonable quote was handed over..... within 10 days job was complete and couldn’t be any happier, these blinds have completely transformed my conservatory and now is a fantastic focal point of my house
