For online Furniture orders we offer a free delivery service within a 70 mile radius of our store for orders of 750 or more. Charges apply for further distances and the price is calculated at checkout. If your address is not included please contact us for a delivery quote. For online orders of smaller accessory items we offer a free delivery service within England.

For many years I have purchased home interiors from Knights, anything from a visit at Christmas for beautiful gifts, to bespoke furniture such as coffee tables and occasional chairs.
In 2019 because of the trust I had in Knights, I commissioned Gill and Casey from the interior design service to produce ideas for two new rooms, a TV lounge and an entertainment room.
They provided me with ideas that not only offered amazing concepts, but also, showed that they had listened to my ideas and fully understood not only our home, but our personalities. Meaning, the end result were two incredible rooms

We recently visited Knights as after 10 years we needed to replace our last sofa we got from there. The quality of our last sofa was amazing, so there was no doubt in our decision to return there for our new one.
The staff gave us great customer service and helped us to think outside the box when it came to our material choices.
Our new sofa and chair has arrived and we are absolutely in love! Thank you Knights for all your help!

From our first visit to the store through to delivery, we found the service to be polite, courteous and professional. Jackie Taylor was outstanding in both her expertise and experience. She welcomed us at outset and spent a lot of time ensuring that we would receive a product that would delight us. She kept us informed throughout the process and made special arrangements to have our furniture delivered a day early to ensure that adverse weather conditions would not affect the delivery. That is what we call SERVICE!! The delivery boys were also fantastic - nothing too much trouble. Placed our furniture

Most poor customer service ever experienced. I was in the shop for 20min, not once did any of the two ladies ask if I needed help. Also very rude when I asked a question.
Please retrain in how to treat customers, with a bit of respect.
My 11 year old could do a better job than the manager of the store!
