So disappointed in this company. I believed the company to be a professional local company when I asked them to fit a kitchen floor in mid August. It was agreed that fitting would take place in mid October. Communication was lacking but a fitting date was arranged for 11th Nov but nobody turned up. A further date was arranged for 12th , office promised me that company would be with me at 9am , but by 1pm , nobody had shown up. I phoned the office and It was obvious that staff were embarrassed and couldn’t really give me an explanation , I then cancelled . Bear in mind that I was left with white

Extremely happy with our new kitchen floor. We chose Amtico wood with inlay. Beautifully installed and finished by the fitter. The ladies in the shop were friendly, approachable and had lots of patience in helping us choose the right look. We would not hesitate in recommending Ferguson Flooring to anyone.
