Based near Diss, on the Suffolk/Norfolk border, PolyPrep is a small team of coatings experts. We provide a wide range of specialist spray painting services to customers throughout East Anglia, London and Midlands. We operate from a fully-equipped spray-painting facility complete with spraybooths, specialist paint schemes, an overhead conveyor system, dedicated drying room and prep area.
Low sheen, high gloss, textured, lacquer and weather protection spray painting services for wood and MDF. Using high quality coatings and environmentally friendly products, we can create a wide range of a beautiful and durable paint finishes to any wood-based surface, including MDF, veneer, solid wood and engineered board.
Many of our customers are bespoke joinery manufacturers, often with their own in-house spray shop for whom we can provide extra capacity as required. We are also called upon to tackle some of the more challenging or unusual jobs, leaving the in-house facility to focus on the regular work. We can apply beautiful and durable custom finishes to a wide range of bespoke joinery items including doors, windows, furniture, cabinetry, panelling and more.
Painting plastic has always been a challenge as it has a smooth, slick surface, ill-suited for standard paints. PolyPrep, however, is at the forefront of specialist plastic coatings technology and applications and provides specialist uPVC spraying services to manufacturers and suppliers. Using this specialist process, we can paint uPVC window frames, fascias and conservatories to achieve a durable and attractive finish.
We provide spray painting services for a wide range of steel fabrications and architectural steel work including access and walkway components, guardrails, railings, gates and more. We have also been tasked to provide specialist finishes to custom metal work, such as furniture, garden ornaments and sculpture.
