They started small, selling only to trade customers in England and as their reputation grew they found members of the public requesting to buy directly from their factory in Rossendale. Their personal approach and high quality furniture soon gained them a great reputation and they started to grown as a company.
Here at Springvale Leather our furniture is made to last and to prove it we offer a 10 year guarantee with every piece* of our furniture. The foams, frames, leather & construction are all covered in our guarantee and supplied with your guarantee certificate you will get full instructions on how to care for your furniture as well as our dedicated after care helpline information.
With the intricate detail & hard work that goes in to making every piece of our furniture we like to make sure the customer (YOU) is happy with the finished product. Our delivery is a first class service for first class furniture. Before leaving the factory, all of our furniture is sent through a stringent quality control process to check over and make sure it is perfect for you. With this in mind we want to make sure that the furniture is delivered to you in the same condition as it leaves us, so all our furniture is carded, bubbled and poly wrapped before leaving our factory.
The next 8 ranges show a selection of modern designs. Each range in this section feature reflex foam seat cushions available in soft, medium, firm or extra firm, you can also have fibre wrapped foam or full fibre cushions to achieve a 'plumped up' look. The back cushions are filled with *carded fibre & all seat & back cushions are removable with the option of Velcro to hold them in place or a fabric reverse as an additional option.

Visited the showroom before Christmas and were greeted by a lovely helpful lady who offered her knowledge and expertise in order to help us make a well informed decision on our purchase. The sofas were made and arrived in January. The gentlemen delivering were super too and the process was a problem free one. We are thrilled with the look and quality of our new 3 and 2 seater sofas. We would highly recommend Springvale Leather as it offers a very friendly, expert and professional service from start to finish and is totally deserving of the 5 stars.

We visited Springvale's showroom last September and were very impressed with the two floors of furniture we saw, all laid out to resemble the interior of homes. The purchase was very professionally done and the staff were very helpful, obviously taking a pride in their family company. The delivery men carefully and quickly put together our two sofas. We are extremely pleased with the sofas which we find very well made, comfortable and pleasing to the eye.

We had an extremely refreshing experience for this day and age. Two leather sofas we bought from Springvale 15 years ago and are still going strong (and were incidentally delivered without hitch to Ireland) had been water damaged and were generally in need of a face-lift Not only were we able to speak to actual human beings over the telephone but they still had a record of our purchase and were able to give us help and advice - professional, knowledgeable and friendly - it makes a change to have such a pleasant experience and great customer service.
