Over the last seven years we have supplied hundreds of customers across Scotland with our quality heating and more recently England as well. It was back in 2011 that we identified a gap in the market for high performance electric heating.
If you think of a traditional open fire or even a modern wood burning stove, all the hot air goes up the chimney, yet these are renown for producing some of the cosiest heat of all. So what is this heat? Its radiant heat. All our heaters are designed to produce radiant heat. Radiant heat does not just rise to the ceiling, it heats the area more evenly.
Each Block has encased within it an air tight heat element that heats up very quickly, typically in just a few minutes. It then holds on to heat for long periods thereafter. As the blocks get hot the heat is transferred into the radiator body, which in turn sets off the natural radiant and convection heater process.
The importance of having the ability to control your heating precisely cannot be overstated. So many heaters have inefficient or non existent thermostat and timing controls. There is no point having a super efficient heater if you have no means of controlling it. All our heaters come with top of the range thermostatic controls.
