I purchased a mixer online without demoing it and wasn't that impressed. Fortunately I was able to arrange a demo of another unit at the Knight Sound and Light store, and found the product that was right for me. They were very accommodating in arranging the demo for me and price matched the unit as well. Thanks guys, appreciate your help. Recommended.

Can’t speak highly enough of Knight sound.
I wanted to be able to buy all my electronic gear in one hit that day and Keith down there Is very helpful and was able to accommodate and did me a great bundle for a good price.
Unfortunately I had a problem with an item which was broken when unboxed but again Keith came through and sorted it all out very promptly and and arranged direct delivery to my house.
If I could give a six star rating then I would !

Knight Sound and Light are not just experts in their field but the customer service is exceptional. Everyone I dealt with went that extra mile to try and assist with my issues especially Shannon. I paid extra for a patch cable I could have acquired cheaper elsewhere. They have become my first stop for any future equipment/ support I may need. Had a great experience with Knight Sound. My DDJ800 headphone port was broken and in the middle of this pandemic, it was really hard to find a local and reliable store to fix my controller.
The store has a one customer restriction due to covid and mask has to be worn at all times for our safety. They fixed my controller so fast and the price was more than reasonable! Will definitely be using these guys again. Lastly, the customer service was outstanding and friendly. Thanks guys

Just wanna say a big thank you to the guys at night sound and light. I was stuck in traffic getting to them but they stayed open until I arrived which I think is the best customer service available.
