After contacting numerous removal companies and discussing our needs, it was evident that this company was the real deal. Professional from start to finish, nothing was too much. Neil and his team were excellent. The part of the move that is said to be the most stressful was in fact the least stressful part of the whole transaction. We used NJ Cook when our previous removal firm couldn't accommodate us and we were so pleased we found them! We really couldn't recommend them enough. They were professional from the outset, spending time to review our house before the move date to make sure everything was covered. On the day, the team turned up on time and were super efficient loading our house up in just under two hours. Not one thing was broken or lost. The team were friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

I am so glad we choose this removal company, this was the one part of the moving house process that gave us no trouble. The receptionist, Kelly, was helpful and polite, which is very important, a good sign of a caring company. Neil came round and was also helpful and polite and gave us a quote and helped to put our mind at ease. They showed up on time on the day, with some much needed extra boxes and tape. Our things were treated with respect and care.
