We are delighted with the recent work carried out by Keay Roofing Services. Initially we had our roof repaired, replacing tiles, lifting and relay gable, installed overlay system to crown flat roof, replaced ridge tiles. We then had 215 metres of fascia, soffit and guttering replaced with new UPVC fascia, soffits and guttering with new connections to downpipes.
The entire team were efficient, polite and communicated throughout the process, the office team were terrific, Laura kept us up to date with every detail, and the customer service follow up from Richard and the team was excellent.

I needed a roofer whom I could trust. The fact that you belong to NFRC gives me confidence as does the fact that you have been in business for a number of years. I don’t rate Checkatrade much for to poor experience with another company, so won’t be leaving a review there. You answered my queries and came at the specified time. All the team were polite. The only surprise was when you turned up unannounced to leave some materials to start work the next day. Your prices are fairly reasonable. As far as I can tell, the work has been done to a satisfactory standard: you sent photos which look fine

Arranging the appointments was done very efficiently compared to offers from some other contractors. This was especially important for some work that Keay roofing did for us before we moved in. Two pieces of work this year were done well although we had to clear up some mess from one of the jobs later on.
