I booked a professional cleaning service for end of tenancy with this company. They arrived punctually at the agreed time. On a cleaning scale, my agency rated the cleanliness as "fair". The agency sent me a report with photos of several areas of dust and hair found in the property. I contacted ACR after this report, and they offered to return to the property and clean the rest. Fortunately, my landlord said that this would not be necessary and that he would return my deposit in full.

We asked ACR Cleaning to clean our office carpet at the end of our tenancy, and I have to say the experience was extremely positive. Super responsive, and very professional - this business is run by a team that really care. And the job itself - spot on! In my book, ACR come highly recommended!!

ACR cleaning were brilliant. We organised an end of tenancy clean of our small 3 bedroom house with them and they did an incredible job. The entire process of arranging a quote and booking was quick and straightforward. They also provided the most reasonable quote out of 3 I obtained. I dealt with Linda, who was incredibly responsive and really helpful. They arrived exactly when they said they would on the day. They cleaned everything to a top standard, including the windows (inside and out), oven (an optional extra), inside cupboards, dishwasher, washing machine, carpets etc. I highly recommend
