At Hugo Oliver we have been working successfully with architects, interior designers, and developers for many years. Our team of bathroom experts have a wealth of experience in bathroom design and are excellent problem solvers. Over the years we have built great relationships with our suppliers and we only provide products from companies we trust.
Our customer wanted to transform their master bathroom into an eye-catching and unique design. Our bathroom expert Valentina put together a bold bathroom design with strong square lines, colourful furniture and walls and playful tiles. This project was for the renovation of the master bathroom in a unique, stylish home in Charlton.

They failed to deliver key components of the bathroom leading to the fitout being delayed, two months of disruption some of which without a toilet or shower. The wall tiles they supplied did not match the floor tiles and we ended up having to make quite a lot of compromises with the look and design from components that were available. Throughout the process it was difficult to get anyone from management to engage, and overall I got the impression they are short staffed, overworked and unhelpful.

Updating the initial review I posted.
1. We went in with no idea of any particular design in mind but the staff who dealt with us provided a very good insight and she suggested exceptional quality materials + a design idea which we are so pleased with
2. We had a wrong bath delivered but that was rectified promptly
3. Given that we have been using the bathroom for 2 months now, we are extremely pleased, our thanks to the staff at Watford (esp Theresa)

Bathroomheaven.com has a fancy ticket system to answer pre- and after-sales queries, but unfortunately nobody of their people seem to bother.
After having placed and received parts of my order, I have not heard back from them after 5 days and they do not offer any other way to contact them.
While majority of items arrived quickly, I rate their after sales service as less than stellar. After more than 10 days the matter of a missing shower hose was resolved. It wasn't that they refused to replace the missing part it was just that nobody seemed to have picked up the request.
