Clarke Cunningham Tree Maintenance Ltd was established in Killyleagh in 1982, as a small but enthusiastic 2 man business providing a then relatively new maintenance service to mature tree owners.
Now located in Carryduff, the business has invested and grown to become one of the largest privately owned Tree Surgery contractors in the UK, currently employing 50 staff, who carry out a wide range of Tree Care services to clients all over the Province on a daily basis.

This area of our service is dedicated to a range of clients that would normally have a large amount of trees within their custody, usually in the multi site locations and in a business or public service environment. This discipline includes crown reduction, crown thinning and crown lifting, all of which contribute to reducing the overall size of the tree and it wind sail effect, and increase natural light and sunlight.

Clarke Cunningham Tree Maintenance Ltd currently undertake a large volume of Tree Work for a number of Government agencies and utilities as a result of a competitive tender awarded contract. As a result, a number of dedicated tree surgery teams are available to carry out Arboricultural works at pre-agreed rates, around the Province on a daily basis.
This specialised service is provided by Clarke Cunningham Tree Maintenance Ltd to owners of trees or woodlands in order to appraise them of the Health and Safety and potential liability of trees within their duty of care. This data (along with digital photographs) is compiled in a hard copy Tree Survey report format which is then presented to the client for perusal and consideration.
