MPS was established in 2003. Its lead partner is Paul Gibson, a RICS qualified chartered quantity surveyor. Over the past decade and more, in addition to its core skills, MPS has developed extensive expertise in taking on the roles of project manager, CDM consultant, contract administrator, fund monitor and employers agent.
MPS Chartered Surveyors is a practice of Quantity Surveyors working in Manchester, the North West, West Yorkshire and North Wales. Robust cost control, planning, management and measurement are essential for the successful development of all building projects. From feasibility studies and cost estimates to budget control and final cost assessments, our RICS qualified Quantity Surveyors are skilled in all aspects of construction economics.
MPS Chartered Surveyors offer a Project Manager service covering Manchester, the North West, West Yorkshire and North Wales. Providing a single point of contact for all members of the construction team, our Project Manager makes a building project easier for clients as they are highly trained in all areas of the construction process.

Clients must ensure, as far as possible, that all construction work is carried out without risking the health and safety of workers and other personnel. Making suitable arrangements for managing projects that allow health and safety risks to be managed impartially.
MPS Chartered Surveyors offer a Fund Monitoring service, also known as Monitoring Surveyor, in Manchester, the North West, West Yorkshire and North Wales. Our role of Fund Monitor, enables us to work in conjunction with funding institutions such as banks and pension funds to safeguard their interests by conducting comprehensive due diligence.
