Quoted in Jan 2017, work not done until Oct 2017 as I had to wait to be fitted in. Door arrived and was a massive 6 cms too small, yes true craftmanship this. They bodged a repair by placing a plank of wood in the gap - this is a £1800 door!!!! The door was then left as is and I was ensured a plasterer would be out to finish the job, eight months on of continual promises, emails and let downs I am still waiting. All the while they have been sending me threatening letters for payment, you think I am going to pay for a job you haven't finished? What a joke of a company, their Director was asked
