Paint the Town Green is a London-based painting and decorating company founded in 2007 by Phil Robinson and cited in the national press as 'defining a new species of tradesperson'. As an expert decorator who lectures at KLC School of Design, Phil saw an opportunity for painting and decorating to be more consistent, professional and progressive for clients and staff.
Having been a music scholar at school, Phil began his career working as a session musician for artists including Phil Collins, Lulu, Gary Barlow and Geri Halliwell, as well as writing and performing for his own band and for television. Between touring commitments he worked for Sarah Beeny and then for a number of construction companies and interior designers, where he learnt the craft of decorating and project management.

The team were very professional and responsive. Raluca came round to our house to consult on colours and was fantastic, she listened first and then came up with suggestions. Her eye is exceptional, I loved her ideas and she followed up with a comprehensive report. I only wish I had more rooms to decorate. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

I found my hour with Raluca enormously good value in her inspired suggestions of colours in each room, and the house as a whole. I felt that she really picked up on my vision for the house, and enhanced, and nuanced my love of colours, balancing each room, adding splashes of colour. I’m feeling much more confident and excited about the painting project.
