I arrived unaware that needed to book appointment but rang phone number which was on notice in car park and was told there was a space so went right in, given sample books to browse made my choice and received phone call 2 days later my order was ready, staff very friendly and efficient well pleased

Great experience all round of using Carlton Blinds with the measurement of windows, selection and advice of products and affording the opportunity to visit the showroom to see options in person. Fitting was completed to a high standard and care of property respected throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending Carlton Blinds. I had a problem with a blackout blind that they had fitted. It was leaking light at the top. They handled the situation very professionally, offering a replacement and a partial refund. Nothing was too much trouble. It's inevitable that things will go wrong from time to time, the measure of a good company is how they handle it. Well done, Carlton Blinds, you should be proud of your customer service ethic, it's a rare commodity these days!

Not sure what some of these reviews about after sale service and price are about. We had vertical blinds around a bay and rollers for the kitchen. Both fitted well and as per the price on the quote. Had a slight issue with a gap to the wall on the end of the vertical blinds. They came out suggested a solution and fitted trims for £10. Excellent customer service.

I would go no where else for my blinds. They will find you a product whatever your budget and they aare efficient in fitting times. I have Carlton blinds ( various types) all over my house now. I would definitely recommend a visit to there shop and they will arrange someone to measure up and go through some options. Thank you for the excellent work. Rich.
