We had all new windows more than 10 years ago and they have been the biggest load of rubbish. Two have already had to be replaced and now two more are having to be replaced. When one of them went within 12 months it took another 12 months before i got it replaced under warranty.
Maybe they better windows now, but we found both windows and customer service to be terrible.
There are other suppliers. We have learnt the hard way and most expensive way.
