The engineer responded quickly to my call to fix a leak and made a professional repair. In the past I've had other plubmbers rush to get in and out but Zaf made sure everything was done properly and took time to explain what was being done as well as making sure I was satisfied everything was left working correctly. Will use again if needed.

How does a plumber come to the rescue without being there ? Zaf, has been my plumber for years but today his diligent and professional workmanship and advice really paid off for me. he always explains what he is doing and why but this not about his excellent handiwork. this is about his personality and customer care. he advised me to have a combi mate fitted not only as a water softener but as an emergency stopcock. a flexible hose burst in my bathroom today and the ability to shut my water off so quickly was essential to having minimal damage, on top of that him explaining his work enabled me

Sevice provided is excellent. Took his time to explain every step and what is needed to resolve. Origional work was to replace a radiator after a bad service from a power flush guy. After replacing the rad, he took his time to further diagnose the issue with my retuen pipes. i will recommend to all for excellent customer service.
