Extremely rude. Rather than knock on the front door and ask for access, they chose to go round the back of the house, put all their heads over the wall shouting numbers, completely intruding on our privacy. Who doesn’t announce themselves on your front door!!? My partner was terrified as she didn’t have much covering. Then making noises at the animal who was inside the house driving her mad. To top off the service, one of the labourers took a massive piss on my front porch, didn’t even ask to use the toilet. Needless to say it stinks in our basement entrance.
