Richard attended on Friday, this is the second time I have availed myself of his services and the result was exactly the same. He had pre-ordered the defective part so he could immediately get on with job, so it was done swiftly and efficiently. As usual he didn't leave without imparting some useful tips and advice. Rich has been an absolute god send! Its hard to find an honest Trades person these days but Rich is an exception! We had our boiler serviced, a new radiator fixed along with new thermostatic valves. I was very happy with the job done, he was quick, efficient and all done at a great price. It was a pleasure having Rich around. A very tidy, superb job! thanks Rich
I need to add that Richard also got us out of a pickle with a leaky shower. He managed to fix what seemed like the impossible! How coud I forget that Richard! ;-)

Richard sorted out an issue with a leaking bath for us. He was prompt, reliable and professional. He explained issues clearly, without being patronising and provided us with helpful advice. He sorted the issue effectively and left our bathroom in a tidy state. I would echo what is apparent from the other reviews: Richard clearly cares to ensure he does a good job, and it shows with his enthusiasm and workmanship. I would definitely recommend Richard for any plumbing issues.

I recently had to call in Richard for a number of plumbing and heating problems and found him very cheerful, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful to the point of willing to go “the extra mile” in making good some defective appliances; he acted more like a good neighbour than a tradesman trying to obtain work.
