Do not use this plumber!! He has fitted a boiler for my 81 year old mother who is looking after my 82 year old dad who suffers dementia. He promised to come back after he had been paid and she's never heard a thing since and he never answers his calls. She had to get someone else in and they said he had used old parts and the flue had a massive gap around it!! Disgraceful !!

My mother arranger with Andrew to call and check my gas appliances,as I'm a landlord and require the checks to be completed every 12 months.
After arranging an afternoon, my tenants waited in for him to visit. However,Andrew didn't show.
Not only did we not receive a call to make us aware,he was unable to make his appointment but when my mother called the number she had booked him on,he had someone else answer and say she had the wrong number.
Very unprofessional!

I just had the first hot bath it 10 years thanks to Andy! After my current boiler gave up it's ghost this week, I contacted Andy to see if he could repair it. After an hour checking it over and talking with me about the issues, it became evident the fan had gone. There were other issues that other plumbers we had out to it over the years couldn't fix or identify. Being a good 12 years old I decided with the Mrs it would be better to buy a new boiler than throw good money after bad. Andy agreed to go away and get me some quotes, fully understanding of our financial situation. He came back to me

Andrew has done several jobs for us - fitted and maintained a gas boiler, helped fix a leaking tap and altered the pipework from a shower and hand-basin to improve the flow of water (was backing up before) Andrew is always polite, professional and tidy (removes his boots in the house for example).
An excellent service for a reasonable price, highly recommended.

I had Andrew Littlewood move a boiler for me and initially I thought he'd done a good job however a hot water pipe burst after he left and it was fortunate I was in my house or it would have been flooded. The flue installation was shoddy which he promised to come back and fix but didn't but worst of all there was a gas leak from one of the joints he'd made in my kitchen and wouldn't come back and fix it. That's right, a Gas Safe Engineer who wouldn't fix a gas leak he'd created!
