I have just left officlean due to the treatment I have received by staff. I have mental health issues and loved working at the site I was on but when your used and made to feel like dirt as well as constantly been called "tapped in the head" "not right in the head" it is wrong. I was threatened by supervisor in front of area manager nothing done or said about it. I was used to play games so the area manager could have her daughter in law take over my job slowly I was moved around the site. I was told all along if I have a issue go to my supervisor I had one which was raised by a member of staff

Officlean are OK, thats about it. The staff are arrogent and not really approachable, they are miserable and expect too much of you! I know people have worked as area managers and cleaners their and they hate it, they arnt organised and far from the best cleaning company out their!
They dont treat the cleaning staff with respect, just lap dogs, nor do they treat area managers that well.
They dont really have any time for you.
I have had to post this review under a different name as i used to work for them so im talking from experience!
