Ritchie designed and fitted composite front, internal and garage doors for me 2 years ago including side panels. I gave him a 5 star review for that work but I writing now to commend his excellent after-sales service. This is the second time I have had to contact Ritchie, the first time due to accidental damage the second time for a product fault on a door panel. Ritchie came out promptly to look at it, and ordered a new panel for me. While waiting, he kept me informed of progress by email and a couple of weeks later he returned with JP exactly when he said he would and not only installed a new

My house hadn't seen a lick of paint, since moving in 13 years earlier and the fascia's and soffit's were in desperate need of replacing. I went for the colour grey in the end, which really does make the house stand out. The team were efficient, friendly and professional, right from the initial enquiry, through to the finishing touches. At the end of each working day, my driveway and garden were spotless. We've had a number of jobs done over the years by Richie and his team. New front door in a house, patio doors in another and soffits and gutters and most recently a full set of replacement windows. Never had any issues other than a couple of minor ones and they were sorted without question and very quickly.

We have used Minshull Windows on two occasions. The first to replace a patio door and more recently to replace facias, soffits and gutters. We found the company provided a competitive price and was professional throughout. In each case the installation was completed in the timescale promised and to a high standard. Richie and his team fitted a warm roof to our mostly unusable conservatory, (in the summer it reached 50+ degrees, in the winter it lost heat faster than we could pump it in.)
Work was carried out to a high standard, workplace was left tidy each night and completed on time as agreed upon. A very minor problem with the guttering was fixed very quickly - even in the midst of a pandemic!!
Richie was always accessible via email or phone and quick to respond. I would certainly recommend them based on the work they did for us. And would have them back in a heartbeat should we need anything in the future
