We contacted Richie Minshull mid January regarding the installation of a secondary porch door with side panels and surround. Within a very short space of time, hed been round to the house and measured up. The resulting quotation was very satisfactory and we decided to go ahead. He then made a return visit to complete a full survey and happily the porch has been completed today by Mark! An absolutely brilliant job which really looks the business! Richie and his helper JP removed and replaced the dry verges on my bungalow today. I am really pleased with the end result. The new verges have been fastened securely and are now in a straight line - An Excelent job. All waste was removed and the area was left clean and tidy. I contacted Minshull Windows for a replacement back door and a couple of frosted garage windows. Initial response was prompt and an a survey undertaken and great help given in deciding what we actually needed, also very knowledgeable regarding products, security and building standards. A good price was offered and we made the order. Considering the time of year, delivery and installation was very prompt and quicker than the initial time estimate.
Before install date, a secondary survey was under taken, just to be sure! The fitters arrived on time and did an efficient job, tidying up nicely and my new door looks very smart. All in all, well chuffed with the job.

We thought our gutters had split as water was pouring through. I called Minshull Windows as the company we had to do the windows and gutters no longer exist. I had been recommended to them. Richard Minshull and the lady I spoke to in the office were very efficient and friendly. Richard arrived late Friday afternoon, took a look and explained what the problem was.
Nothing at all to do with a split gutters, the gutters were blocked, full of rubbish. Richard offered to do this job for us, although not within his job role, which we were very grateful for. Within half an hour the gutters were cleaned and re-installed. I would recommend this company. Thanks Richard!

Decided to use a local business and it turned out to be a good decision. On the day of installation not everything went to plan, but nobodys perfect and its how you address these things that counts and I could not fault the way that problems were sorted. It is rare to get a formal quote, an invoice, deposit insurance and communication during the process and it goes a long way to building trust. Aside from this aspect the work was carried out quickly and efficiently to a good standard and the team tidied up after themselves which is always appreciated. Also worth noting that the price for the windows and install was the cheapest quote i received. Will definitely use them in the future.

Excellent job at a good price. Very professional, punctual, friendly and the team did a great job of replacing all our upstairs windows with no mess (9 windows in total). Richie kept us informed throughout, even sending Google calendar invitations to confirm timings which was great. He really goes above and beyond to make sure that you are clear on everything and that the team are meeting expectations. We now no longer have draughty windows covered in duct tape and the experience was stress free from start to finish. Highly recommended.

This review is long overdue due to on-going renovation works and a new arrival in the family. That aside, we moved into our 1940s home in 2022 which urgently needed all new windows and doors. I contacted 5 window companies covering North Wales and the Wirral to price for the job and not only did Minshull Window come out more competitive they were also best at comms and explaining how they could approach our requirements.
In August 2022 we had a total of 15 windows and doors replaced, it was an extremely complex job on an old house, Richie and his team worked tirelessly for a week on our home, always on time, always fun and polite and cleaned up after themselves. So impressed with their work I had them return in 2023 to seal in a stained glass window and replace the other remaining original window in the home. I recommend them to all friends and family and would do the same to others in need of their services.

When we moved to Chester last year our property had a very tired and old 1970s conservatory, more like a huge greenhouse. Our first project was to replace it and through a recommendation we contacted Richard at Minshull Windows. Quote and time frame agreed, work started on the date agreed. Even though there was some very adverse weather, the team ploughed on to ensure the finish date was on time and I am pleased to say it was.
One thing impressed me most. With our bungalow build of brick sometime mid 70s I was concerned the new conservatory would look like an add on. Richard said he would do his best to match as close as possible and he certainly did. The new conservatory warm roof blends beautifully with our roof tiles and the brick work you would think it was built at the same time the property was built. Well done Minshull

Ritchie designed and fitted composite front, internal and garage doors for me 2 years ago including side panels. I gave him a 5 star review for that work but I writing now to commend his excellent after-sales service. This is the second time I have had to contact Ritchie, the first time due to accidental damage the second time for a product fault on a door panel. Ritchie came out promptly to look at it, and ordered a new panel for me. My house hadn't seen a lick of paint, since moving in 13 years earlier and the fascia's and soffit's were in desperate need of replacing. I went for the colour grey in the end, which really does make the house stand out. We've had a number of jobs done over the years by Richie and his team. New front door in a house, patio doors in another and soffits and gutters and most recently a full set of replacement windows. Never had any issues other than a couple of minor ones and they were sorted without question and very quickly.

Richie and his team fitted a warm roof to our mostly unusable conservatory, (in the summer it reached 50+ degrees, in the winter it lost heat faster than we could pump it in.)
Work was carried out to a high standard, workplace was left tidy each night and completed on time as agreed upon. A very minor problem with the guttering was fixed very quickly - even in the midst of a pandemic!!
Richie was always accessible via email or phone and quick to respond. I would certainly recommend them based on the work they did for us. And would have them back in a heartbeat should we need anything in the future
