AS Studio Ltd is a boutique style architectural firm established in 2006 by Achikam Surkis who is its director and main shareholder. Achikam has been in the architectural and development trade for over 20 years following his Architectural studies in both Israel and London UK.

Since its establishment AS Studio has been participating in numerous residential and commercial developments within the UK as well as some high end residential projects overseas.We provide crucial advice to investors and developers on multifaceted planning and developments, seeing projects through complex urban planning and respective development stages.

Our clients are provided with unique customised solutions and significant returns on their property investments with many examples of developments significantly exceeding average returns within the area. Services
Chelsea Park Gardens is a post WWI development of Arts and Crafts style houses inspired by the Garden Suburb movement, with an emphasis on trees, greenery, communal garden areas or cottage-style gardens with informal borders. The project involves the full refurbishment and structural internal alterations to existing four storey residential house including basement.
Metropol Park is one of Berlin's miniature diplomatic quarters offering Parkside living in Germany's first city: "Metropol Park". Located in the historic and cultural centre of Berlin it offers some fantastic views of the park whilst providing an elegant retreat from the cosmopolitan lifestyle of Berlin-Mitte.
Conversion of existing Grade II listed working men's club into a residential dwelling house. An existing detached Grade II listed building comprising of three-storey (plus basement and loft) originally constructed in 1880 as The Cobden Working Men's Club.
Demolition of existing listed building and erection of a new build 5 storey apartment building providing 7 luxury apartments. The site of our client however was damaged beyond repair during the Second World War and since that time it was cleared and raking shores were erected to maintain the stability of the adjacent buildings.
Conversion of a pub into 34 studio flats for student accommodation and commercial unit at ground floor. The property was purchased by our client with the benefit of a planning consent for the conversion of the existing pub into studio flats and commercial unit. AS Studio managed to enhance the existing planning permission allowing for a significant increase in the gross internal area of the residential units.
