Services
As traditional and speciality locksmiths, we provide a huge range of locks, keys, padlocks and hardware. We carry 95% of all common locks which allows us to secure and fix the problem in 1 visit. All the locks and hardware we use comply to BS3621 and TS007 kitemarks giving the customer total security and peace of mind.
Broken keys can be extracted but not always, every effort will be made to extract the key before others measures are taken. Lock may be old or worn, getting keys cut using non-original keys can also cause problems. If your lock problem is not listed here, then just contact us for help (we've seen it all!)
The normal cause of this problem is a dropped door, where hinges have moved or failed or a faulty lock mechanism; these can be dealt with but a general rule is if it's difficult to operate, get it seen to. Normally caused by a faulty locking mechanism; any good locksmith can sort this out for you. This will be caused by a failed locking mechanism in the majority of cases, but can be remedied with a minimum of damage.

I'd had a new door fitted recently and the handle mechinism had snapped. The supplier came out to repair and fit a new one but couldn't get the door open in order to fit it. Nigel came out from Doncaster Locks and whilst the job wasn't straight forward he'd soon got the door open allowing the repair to take place. Friendly guy, very professional and he was here quickly after getting the call. Highly recommended
