Excellent experience from start to finish, from all staff involved. Darren and Bill fitted all our new windows and frames, and 2 doors, very speedily and with absolutely minimal impact to existing decoration, and kept everything as clean as could be hoped for given the work being done. Some minor snags (probably due to long storage of window units at manufacturer) were dealt with very promptly.

We're super pleased with our Residence 9 windows. They look stunning -plus both sales and installation team were great. We highly recommend the product-we were very nervous as we approached replacement windows as we had original Victorian windows but the new window look like exact same replicas but without all the downsides.

I just wanted to make a special mention of how utterly blown away we have been by the whole team at 1st glass. From Warrens original survey, he really understood what we were looking for in finish and stunning quality, to the guys who worked so hard to fit the windows BEAUTIFULLY, the guys were a pleasure to have in the house (even today with tonsillitis) and their commitment to cleaning up fastidiously has blown us away.

I have been a customer of 1st Glass Windows for 18 years during which time they have fitted double glazed windows and doors throughout our home. They supply quality products, well fitted by polite & tidy staff and their after sales service is excellent. Most recently they have replaced the soffits and guttering around my garage.

Called Darren at the weekend. Responded immediately then arranged to come on Monday turned up on time to do an estimate. Arranged for Darren to come today to repair my conservatory roof. 1st class workmanship. This company is 1st class and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again. We have had numerous issues with another company VFM so it was good to use a company that have integrity and honest.
