I'm Angela, a Kiwi by birth, I left New Zealand in 1977, lived in Italy for a decade before settling in London in 1990. I'm a fan of beauty in all its forms, kind people, oysters and champagne. My first interior design gig was at 14, when I glued sheepskin scraps to my bedroom carpet making a luxurious flooring that survived in the house until it was sold.
When the corporate world set me free a few years ago, I set up Angela Bunt Creative to finally start doing what I do best - helping people transform their homes with colour. Although I'm based in Sydney I continue to work with clients in London as well. I offer personal home colour consultations, colour and styling workshops and full interior decorating and home styling services by the hour.
If you would like your home to reflect the real you, I can't wait to hear from you. I write regularly for my blog. I've also written for Real Homes magazine. I'd love to contribute to your interiors publication or website or speak on colour choice in the home at your event.

Services
If you're planning to redecorate or renovate your home, I can help you create a space perfectly suited to your individual taste and lifestyle, creating exactly the right visual effect for you. Choosing the right colours for a room can be daunting, but I'll help you identify the perfect palette across a range of tones and textures from paint to upholstery.
Bringing out the beauty and colour in your home doesn't have to mean buying new things or even redecorating. It's likely you already have everything you need for an overhaul, with a little help and some fresh ideas. I spent one hour at each of these homes moving furniture, restyling and accessorising rooms, changing and adding functionality and decluttering to create a new look that more closely met the needs of each household.
Choosing the right colours can be daunting, but I'll help you identify the perfect palette, across a range of tones and textures, from paint to upholstery. In the Colour Clinic I will help you choose paint colours and anything else to bring colour and style into your home. The consultation can be either face-to-face or via Skype.
Inspired? Contact me for information or advice. Further to a previous blog post about the Clapham mews house, I've completed the work and the house is now on the market. Sadly I'm not mentioned in the article as the interior designer neither Shelley Hugh-Jones who I used to design the courtyard garden and terrace planting, but it's great to see the house featured in the newspaper.
We decided to work with Angela after interviewing a number of firms that were recommended to us and some that we independently researched. Angela's approach and ideas really stood out. She has a great sense for space, colour and functionality, and perhaps most importantly she is fantastic to work with.
