The Practice has a full understanding and appreciation of the commercial pressures imposed on clients and from our wealth of knowledge from residential, commercial, industrial, public sector, leisure and education projects we aim to share this to further our clients aspirations and define well designed and cost effective buildings.

We promote well designed and detailed solutions, our staff are passionate, creative and motivated to lead with all aspects associated with architecture and the built environment. Here at Elder Lester, we are currently looking for a qualified architect, ideally with 2-3 years' experience to further strengthen our team as we enter an exciting phase of growth and change, at our well-established practice in Yarm.
