Had a bad experience 3 weeks ago with another company where I was left waiting on the days that he was supposed to attend with not even a text to say that he cannot attend but I thank the Lord that I found your company who communicated with me all the way. Our hot water heater gave up on a Sunday, Mother’s Day no less. Benn from Plumbers 4u came right over, assessed the problem, and returned bright and early Monday morning with a brand new tank. They also suggested and established a new pipe setup which allowed a direct feed from my hot water tank to my heating boiler in order to make my heat come up more quickly and more energy efficiently. Brilliant!! Thanks guys.

These guys were fantastic. I had a radiator leak at my bar uptown, and they came within the hour to fix it. I had called three other plumbers, and they were the only ones that answered the phone. Professional, quick, and neat. Would definitely call them again.

It was my first time using Plumbers 4U - London. I was very happy with the service. Chris who was very pleasant on the phone called to confirm and they also sent an email. They also sent an email with a picture of the person coming so you don’t have to worry about letting a stranger in. The technician Jeremy was great. He replaced the faucet the same day and left the kitchen spotless, unlike other plumbers I’ve had. I was extremely happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

Plumbers 4U was great! They advised the time slot and advised me 30 minutes before the technician would be there. The technician, Mike was right on time. He was polite, knowledgeable and professional. He assessed the problem and explained to me what needed to be done to fix it. I agreed and Benn resolved it quickly. So happy I called Roto-Rooter. I am so pleased with everything from start to finish. I appreciate the text confirming arrival time and the photo of the technician was very reassuring. Steve Berger was fantastic! He's professional, neat, friendly and did a great job. Very fair fees and no surprises except good ones. He explained everything to me, showed me photos of the pipes and even brought me coffee to boot! Very highly recommend!
