Established in 1979 Todds Removals has been providing removal and storage services to individuals, families and businesses from its base in Sudbury, Suffolk. We can move any type/kind of piano - within the UK and beyond get in touch with us for a quotation.

At Todds we have over 35 years of experience and have the specialist skills and equipment to undertake any type of move, whether we are moving furniture from one room to the other or to the other side of the world.We concentrate on providing a friendly and professional removals service in Suffolk and North Essex, our customers' requirements take us throughout the UK, Europe and beyond.

Following all Government and BAR (British Association of Removers) guidelines, we are open for removals albeit with some additional requirements for the protection of both staff and customers. Access to self-store is possible but masks are required and social distancing needs to be observed. Please continue to keep safe and well.

Meet The Team Report

Give Todds Removals a call on 01787 377489 and one of our team will be on hand to assist you. David set up his own removals business in 1979 after working in furniture delivery and removals. He has a National Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC), a Drivers CPC and an HGV licence Class 1 & 2.

Packaging Report

When Todds undertakes your removal we include all the packing materials you need within your individual quotation and we will deliver them in advance of your anticipated removal date. On your removal day we will bring the appropriate mattress protectors, wardrobe cartons and quality strong wrap covers for flat screen televisions, appliances and suites to protect these items during the removal process.

Storage Report

Through our associated company Todd Storage we provide secure, containerised storage in our warehouses in Sudbury and will store your possessions for one day, a month, or even years. They will be safely stored for as long as you require.

FAQs Report

Yes as long as you provide us with a declaration of the value of your goods and effects to be moved on the acceptance form, you will then be covered by our standard liability, which means in the event of loss of or damage to your goods, our liability to you is to be assessed as a sum equivalent to the cost of their repair or replacement whichever is the smaller sum, taking into account the age and condition of the goods and subject to the maximum liability of 25,000 (unless we have agreed a higher amount with you).

A wonderful service. Well organised and to achieve a rapid move they put the numbers in.
Careful with furniture etc and a good packing service

Totally let down at the last minute by this company! I would advise not to use them or consider them for your move! Terrible service and very rude on the phone when they even knew what they were talking about. Shame as the guy who came to give a quote seemed ok. Very unprofessional company!

Lost items, broken items, been told to wait and look for them. Called a liar in subtle words. Boss emailed me after 5.30 on the last day I could make a claim, after my 3rd call. So he’s washing his hands of it all. On top certain services provided such as assembling beds were not fulfilled. More troubles but list is too long. On the plus side friendly staff. Bad management

I am so angry with todd removals. I have told them several times that we have our carpet professional cleaned so please do some protection when moving. However,they only put several rugs on the stairs, and step in all the rooms directily. When we ask the removers to do some protection for the carpet in the room as well, they 'THINK' our carpet are… still dirty so they refused to do so. They are so rude! Moreover, since there is no specific number of mattress box stated on the contract they choose not to bring any! We only need one! At least they should have brought one! Because of their
