I've purchased 3 times now from The Solar Centre and am most happy with their products/support. My favourite item being the warm white solar powered fairy lights which we've wrapped around an ash tree in our back garden. There was an issue with one of our 300 string lights recently but their support/resolution was spot on so thank you.

Bitterly disappointed with the product and the customer service. For what is advertised as a wall light, the laughable amount of "light" emitted is more of a glow and can hardly light up a front door that is right next to it.
The lumen rating is "conveniently" omitted from the product description and the listing on the website. The product video is… shot inside, in a studio, in controlled darkness, completely misrepresenting what the product is capable (or not) of.

The Solar Centre sells faulty products and their customer service is poor. I would avoid them. Bought some solar powered xmas lights. The lights go off when a car drives past. This resets the timer, so they stay on all night. This drains the battery meaning you need to charge every 3 days. Customer service has been terrible. Avoid this product.

On my second set of lights but still not working asked for a refund but got told the lights are working but when they were returned they arnt got told to charge them up and try again plugged them in and battery was fully charged asked for a call back but as of yet nothing and I don’t expect to hear from them customer service is zero from this company
