Absolute shambles of a company, windows are beautiful but competence and customer service lacking. We have had to correct almost every piece of information received from them, incorrect measurements, paint colour depths of cills. Feels like no-one is taking responsibility for our job. They were supposed to arrive this morning to start fitting and they are not here and after phoning we have just been told they won't arrive this week. I would have assumed if there was a delay, they may have had the courtesy to call, as we have taken time off work and scheduled other work around the windows being
