We at SW Advanced Flooring are a long established, mature company based in Bonnyrigg, Midlothian. We have now been around for nearly 40 years and our location places us in an ideal situation to service enquries from Edinburgh, Glasgow, along the M8 Corridor and all over Central and Southern Scotland.

Apart from supplying and fitting your new flooring we also offer a flooring repair and maintenance service, where we will repair your floor should you have any accidents and even replace single boards to bring your floor back to its original standard. We can replace or repair damaged floorboards and offer advice on solutions for water damage restoration.
We also offer a floor sanding service, which can recover your original floor boards and sand them back to an extremely high standard. We use the best varnishes, and this allows us to offer you a choice that will suit both your floor and your access requirements. We will stain your floor boards darker or leave them natural with clear varnish ensuring you have a truly unique floor that you can show off to your friends and family.
