Stephenson Trees and Landscapes Ltd are Arb Association approved contractors (AAAc), Safecontractor approved and Trustmark registered. AAAc is the benchmark used by Kirklees council and many other government organisations as the standard for contractor selection or recommendation for works.
Stephenson trees and landscapes ltd was formed at the beginning of 2015 when the director, Kevin Stephenson, combined his own tree surgery company (Stephenson Tree Services) with the staff and clients of Gardencraft when the owner of the latter retired.The combination of the two companies has given us the ability to offer all our clients an increased range of services.
This has been especially beneficial for our commercial clients as once we have been approved as a service provider we can care for and improve the majority of outside spaces. We are able to offer a full range of tree surgery work, hedge management, stump removal, fencing, commercial grounds maintenance, spraying, domestic gardening and take on or project manage landscaping projects.

We offer the full range of Arboricultural Services for both domestic and commercial tree work clients, these are completed to the highest standard by our team of qualified tree surgeons. Generally specified over roadways or paths to lift the branches out of the way of traffic. The reduction in size of the crown of a tree.
We can work to your existing specification or assist you in writing an appropriate specification for work. We are Safecontractor approved which gives you the peace of mind that we operate to a high standard with regards to health and safety. Supply and install of most fencing solutions including wood, concrete or plastic posts, premanufactured europanels, trellising and gates.
We have worked for the last 7 years supplying and installing fencing for commercial, domestic and equestrian clients. We can supply and install most fencing solutions including wood, concrete or plastic posts, premanufactured europanels, trellising and gates. Other fencing work completed has included stock fencing for sheep and the installation of stone gate posts into farm fields.
We have clients ranging from keen gardeners looking for a hand in a large domestic garden, professionals and pensioners looking for total garden management and landlords looking to have their rented properties managed. The frequency of visits ranges from weekly, fortnightly, 6 weekly and annually with work generally being charged on a per man per hour basis.

Speedily & efficiently dealt with a very large silver birch (taller than house ) that we inherited with our new house . The tree was growing out of our Yorkshire Stone boundary wall & was very tricky from an access perspective . Very impressed with the speed , efficiency & safety plus a great clean up job afterwards too . Def recommend .
