Your telephone staff was excellent, they were very efficient in making the booking and sending my receipt afterwards. The plumber was on time, and I received notification 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and was happy to give me advice on the best way for us to install a washing machine in our apartment's kitchen after he'd finished the jobs he was booked for.

I have used 24:7 several times in the past few years and always recommend them to friends and family. Today I contacted them to ask about a problem tap. Within 2 minutes I had a response, a quote within the hour and Sam was at my house to replace the tap less than 2 hours later. I always receive courteous, friendly and professional service and cannot recommend enough

Dont ever use this company. Worst one ever. Boiler broke down last week Monday. After three calls engineer finally came late in the evening. Part was not ordered till Tuesday from engineer. They did not order the part until on Tuesday afternoon I chased them about the part order twice. 🤬
Part arrived on Thursday as it had been not ordered as Express delivery. Remember that I have no boiler since Monday !! And the plumber didnt think it was urgent ! 🤬
Chased up on Thursday. And did not find out till Thursday late afternoon that repair would be not carried out on Thursday. It turned out to

DO NOT USE 247 Plumber aka 24/7 Plumbing &Gas UK Ltd at Dyas Ave, Great Barr are unreliable liars who do not care about customers at all.
Kerry Brown is also rude.They told the tenant that the wrong part had been ordered after they had waited in all morning for them BUT Richard Anthony Brown, the owner, then told the letting agents Haart Lettings at Harborne, that they couldnt gain access to the property, which was an outright lie.
The tenant is a cancer patient and has had no proper heating since Dec 3, 2018. This is a disgusting way to treat decent people and says a lot about their complete

Excellent service! Had a leek in the kitchen after 7pm and couldn't stop it. Called them and someone was out within 45 minutes. Tony was very friendly and helpful and offered a temporary fix until he could get the parts to fix it the next morning where he turned up first thing. Highly recommended!

My experience was one great disappointment. Regarding my contract with 24/7, there was a clause whereby they reserve the right to do or not do the repairs to boilers, pipes and anything concerning the central heating. I was with British Gas and left them to try this company as they stated that they operated and excellent service just like British Gas. However, when my boiler, central heating broke my God it was like jumping through hoops with no resolution. My advice stick to British Gas they maybe a little more expensive but they are no nasty unexpected surprise if anything goes wrong. My experience
