In the rare case that there is a problem we have an in-house technical team available who can assist you over the phone or even remote access a PC on site and troubleshoot as if they were standing there next to you. We have a wide range of CCTV cameras available, from 2mp eyeball dome cameras all the way up to advanced ANPR cameras that can open and close gates depending on the car approaching.

We have been buying from Luxrite for around 7 years and have always received consistently great service, the technical support is excellent, the goods always arrive next day which you can track and have SMS updates. The quality of the equipment is excellent, our clients are always very happy with the end results.

We are a commercial company trading for over 35 years +, We had an account with Luxrite buy CCTV equipment every month, But started to get a consistent problems with external so called cameras letting in water and fogging up inside.
This is not acceptable to us to buy waterproof external cameras to have them fill up, We returned them the camera were replaced only to have it happen again, Luxrite carried on selling the cameras.
We stopped buying from luxrite and closed our account over there terms & conditions which we rejected.
After almost a year Luxrite contacted us, We were talked in to dealing
