I am very pleased with the installation of the windows and doors; the whole job was handled very professionally. The staff kept me updated with every aspect of the install. Had a conservatory fitted what can I say amazing from start to finish. Fantastic service the quality is second to none. Everything was top quality and the finished job was amazing just what we had asked for every little detail 100% recommended and will be back if I need any other bits doing they do windows doors etc too . Absolutely awful from start to finish. They got just about everything including putting the window openers on the wrong side and then saying I changed my mind !!. Rosewood windows were fitted with light grey sealant and not colour coordinated brown mastic which oozed everywhere with the result being my house looked like a birthday cake that had had icing poured over it. Please read the brochure and don't make the same mistake as me - these people are not members of any reputable trade organization, eg The glass and glazing federation or The double glazing ombudsman scheme, with the result being

I have just had the most beautiful composite door fitted by Live in Design, I can not praise the staff enough, the fitter was polite and took his time at fitting and the office staff were very helpful, even when I changed my mind a few times on the glass. My door is so much warmer and secure, I really couldn't be happier. I will be buying one for my daughter shortly.

Our experience with Live In Design was excellent. They helped us choose our dream door and were extremely helpful with choosing brands, accessories, finishes and details. They provided costs for different designs which allowed us peace of mind that we'd chosen the right door for the right price. Installation was quick and efficient. Replacement roof -
Over the summer the heat in my conservatory was unbearable, Live in design were one of a few companies that quoted for the work to be carried out. I found Eric most accommodating and knowledgeable, and decided that I would pay a little more and have the live in roof.
I'm delighted with the result, it took just 1 week for the new roof to be completed and usable, I can now use the conservatory all year round. Great service.

Just wanted to express my satisfaction with the Conservatory which has been recently completed. After long and extensive research into what has been a considerable addition to the house, we decided to use Live In Design, a local Company to do the work. From initial enquiry to completion of the work, we were happy and kept informed at each stage. the work was done in just under the stated time and now having fitted the room out with furniture and blinds etc we are thrilled with the result. Eric and the team were easy and straightforward to deal with and the fitters very hardworking and tidied up
