All of the border you see in these photos was seamed onto the main carpet on-site. It was important to maintain the size of polished wood border and as each staircase was a different width an 'off the shelf' solution wasn't an option. Prior to installation the customer was provided with scale drawings to show exactly how the finished job would look.
If you need a job well done, you can't get any better. Super efficient, on time, tidied up after themselves, good aftercare advice i.e do not vacuum for 48 hours as glue needs to dry. Can't see any joins. This is the third time I have used them, first for karndean flooring and the last two times for carpets and underlay.

Hammond Hill have just finished supplying and fitting our Karndean flooring downstairs (hall, dining room, playroom, cloakroom) and the service we received was exemplary from start to finish. It turned out to be far from a straightforward job as when they pulled up our old laminate flooring they discovered large patches of extreme dampness in the hallway. They were extremely thorough in getting to the bottom of, and treating the cause of this issue. It took nearly 2 weeks for the floor to dry out and Simon, Chris and fitters Mark and Craig didn't rush the process at all, wanting to get make sure

Quoted and agreed to fit carpet around September 2020, 3 months after the house was totally gutted and rebuilt, Chris the director changed his mind refuse to fulfill the quote he personally gave me, as it’s not a new build or I’m not a trade customer. I guess Chris. Certainly not fair considering my circumstance. What....? Does my builder need to call and request him to come? I wrote a lengthy email to Chris and the team pleading for them to come but I got so response what so ever so this negative feedback is deserving. In the end I used another independent carpet supplier and fitter.

What a great service from start to finish. Simon came out and gave us lots of advice on which carpet we should choose. Rick and Will were the nicest carpet fitters you could have wished for. My hubby was working away and they even moved heavy pieces of furniture for me. Very competitive prices and an excellent service all round. Would highly recommend Hammond Hill, in fact a friend has booked anow appointment for next friday

Totally hassle free. This business clearly know tjeir stuff and know how to treat customers.
This is my second time using them and theu have been exemplary. Went in with a rough idea what we wanted, we were advised and shown samples. Quoted upfront (very competitive) and a date set for fitting.
Fitters came at date and time stated and were very respectful of our house - offering to take off their shoes, etc. Very careful carrying the carpets through the house and very polite.
The job was finished amd we were given the option to check the work prior to them leaving.

Unsure as to what flooring to have in my hallway, I visited Hammond Hill and met with Chris who was extremely knowledgeable and recommended some Karndean flooring.
I was un-hurried and no pressure sales. Just a relaxed informative meeting with lots of different options discussed.
The appointment was made for fitting and the fitter arrived one day to screed the floor and the following day the flooring was laid.
Totally hassle-free, on time with no delays, all rubbish and left-overs taken away. The fitter was polite, friendly and respectful.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Ordered carpet through their great website which was informative and very easy to use. Ordered on Monday and it was delivered by two courteous drivers three days later.
Hammond Hill gave me advice on which underlay to use with underfloor heating and also recommend a carpet fitter.
They obviously get very busy as on a couple of occasions when I called all of the sales staff were serving customers so I left my details and received a prompt call back.

I ordered a carpet from Hammond Hill as it was the cheapest place I could find the carpet I wanted.
I placed an order over the phone as their website was not allowing me to order online. I placed my order and never recieved a confirmation email. I phoned them everyday ( sometimes more than once a day) for 6 days until I was told they never put my order through.
When they did eventually put my order through I was never informed when it had arrived in store, I was even told on the phone by one female worker; "we've had a delivery but how would I know if it's yours?"
Just to top it off my phone

We now have a completed kitchen thanks to quality flooring supplied by this company. This is the second purchase from them, and both times we were delighted by the product and service we received. Received our Celebrity recliner and sofa today from Hammond Hill of Stourbridge. Their delivery team were superb. They bought the recliner into the living room and put it together for us and then made sure my wife and I knew how to use it with a quick demonstration. They took all the boxes away and were professional and polite. Compared to HSL they were almost half the price saving us over £1100. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company.
