Outstanding product and customer service. From the moment Ian and his team did the survey to when the products were installed we were bowled over by the attention to detail and care taken.
Everything was well explained and we were kept informed of production and delivery times.
The window in our loft is quite the show stopper and we have had friends use ODC as a result.

I would never recommend or hire this company. They take all your money upfront and then it’s a struggle to get them to do any fitting! There is no customer service even though they advertise themselves as a high end glazing company.
It took several months to complete poor quality work and it took many phone calls and emails begging them to come to finish off. They still have not finished as they have installed a full length window and not installed the safety juillet balcony

ODC designed and installed all the rear windows in our contemporary new house. Lou was determined to find a solution to a very technically difficult installation as we wanted glazing across the entire back of the house and wrapping around the side. They were very helpful and the guys installing the windows were friendly and worked efficiently and to a high standard.

After finding ODC on Instagram we contacted them in the middle of COVID lockdown for a quote on some bifold doors. The service we received from start to finish was great (considering the many challenges of COVID) ODC were professional and attentive throughout. Installation day went great, the guys were friendly and efficient. We chose a 3 pane bifold system in anthracite grey. We are very happy with our new doors and highly recommend ODC. The frames are great quality and service second to none.

I have recently had my attic converted into a studio apartment and ODC, provided the large sliding door and glass safety rail. The final product looks amazing and I am really happy with the window and the price I paid. But the customer service is completely lacking!
I went to a trade fair and met Johnny and he was really helpful on the day, but the follow up was lacking and I had to contact them a few times in order to progress with the quote/order. I continued to use them because they had the windows I wanted at the right price!

Fantastic service. Everything you want when you are spending a lot of money on a product, it can be a nervous time! We purchased bi-folding doors from ODC and are extremely happy. The quality is absolutely excellent, and their service from advising to installation was great. They had one unforeseen emergency which meant that installation date had to be changed (part of living in the COVID-19 era...), but they were able to react very quickly and give us a new installation date just two days later. Very happy and would thoroughly recommend ODC!

We purchased two new aluminium double glazed French doors and three windows from ODC and couldn't be happier. The level of care and attention to detail; the quality of the products; and the customer service they provided were all second-to-none. ODC fitted bi-fold to replace old style patio sliding doors. Spoke initially with Matthew Levy who took ncessary time to explain options. My immediate impression was of a professionally run office, especially so, as when I returned to discuss again the choices, Matthew was with a customer and another member of the team immediately took the time to assist me. I was kept informed on the progress of delivery and installation. The fitting went without a hitch, though a little filler under the track at the base would have made the job 100% perfect.

Absolutely thrilled with our ODC doors and windows. We just wanted three fairly standard dark grey aluminium windows and two sets of French doors - nothing unusual or fancy - but were still given five star treatment. We've never done a big building project or bought glass before, so were really nervous as it was a big part of our (small) budget - but from the first phone call to fitting, the staff were friendly, helpful and reassuring. I can't fault ODC from beginning to end. The quality of the windows and doors is superb. The fitters were professional, efficient and courteous. Their expertise was put to the test with fitting new windows in four large bays - notoriously difficult - but they managed without any issues. I would highly recommend.

We had bifold doors installed which were made in Germany and seem of good quality but the customer service around it is poor. Long waiting times and when asking if change in date possible very short answer coming across unfriendly and not welcome after paying a good amount of money. No communication prior to planned installation date. I had to… chase only to be told on the day of installation that it can't be done as piece lost. My wife had cancel a course for the rearranged date only to be told on the day after chasing the company that the installation once again was cancelled. The third

We 1st saw ODC slim framed windows at a Show at the Excel in London 2016. We thought it was THE best (compared to all the other systems both on show AND widely advertised) but we thought the price, like many 'widely advertised' systems would be out of our league !
It turned out to be remarkably affordable ! The 'icing on the cake' was that the ODC factory is nearby in Poole. We had an absolutely smooth journey from 'hole in side of house' to amazing 'widescreen, ultra-resolution TV on the world / Poole harbour' ... Thanks to Johnny and the whole ODC team

I couldn't rate this company highly enough. From the first conversation to the install they have been very professional and concentrate on the finer detail. After paying ODC a small fortune to fit large glass sliding doors to our new extension, we have had nothing but problems. The glass has had to be replaced 3 times and now the doors are a nightmare to open and after hundreds of emails and calls we have gotten nowhere. I would advise anyone thinking of using ODC windows and doors to think again and look at better options!
