Great service from Warmlite. I recently moved and the survey suggested checking the sash windows, that were installed by Warmlite, to identify the cause of some damp. Kevin at Warmlite arranged to visit as soon as I called them. He checked all windows, provided a clear explanation of what he was doing and reassured me that the windows are not the cause of the damp. He also resealed some minor gaps that had occurred since the installation 7 years ago and provided advice for the repairs to a windowsill ( not related to the installation) . Professional, proactive and courteous.

The whole process of dealing with Warmlite was stress free, from the initial contact through to completion of the works (external kitchen door - with a cat flap - and sliding patio doors), which were completed in a timely manner. Warmlite went the extra mile in sorting out the parquet flooring abutting the new doors too! The guys were tidy and efficient and Austin was a pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending the company based on our experience.

We have contacted this company to get new windows in our home. I was requested to send pictures and dimensions by email to get an estimation, and if I was happy with it they would send me someone home.
I got the initial quote and I wanted to go ahead with the order but John (he never gave me his surname) has never responded to my emails, I phoned the company and nobody was picking up the phone.
This is not a serious nor professional business, be aware.
For the managers: your company just lost a sold because nobody cared to responded my emails.
