What a difference to our quality of life! Having two young kids and both working full time is difficult and having a reliable professional cleaner makes a massive difference. I choose angels because the cleaner are employed and therefore get the benefits of employment that self employed cleaners don’t. Very happy with my choice.

It was hardwork trying to get an apt for a spring clean. I had to send a video of the house and then have a call and yo through what I wanted done and then they asked for pictures of the house too ( they did then clarify the picture request was a mistake).
They then cancelled on the morning of the clean with an excuse that made no sense to me. Very disappointing after I had made arrangements for my dogs to go elsewhere etc.
They don't seem to run it like a proper business, all seems a little unprofessional to me.
I asked for a refund rather than re arranging the apt so I can't comment on the

I have hired cleaning services before so I knew what to expect. I was quite friendly with the girls and just left them to get on with the job. Unfortunately Angels never reached ANY of my expectations. We are retired, nearing 80, no dirt, just dust.
When I booked she asked the exact number of rooms and bathrooms/toilets. I said what I needed done and I paid her £136.50. When they left I checked around the house, I was shocked at their workmanship. I presume they saw an easy clean and sailed through.
Who Dusts ONE side of a door and not the other side, saying yes, they had cleaned the doors.

We have a lady (Laura) come once a week to help my Mum out. She arrives at set time and on time, completes all jobs (changes weekly) to a high standard. Excellent job. My Mum is thrilled to be having the help she needs and looks forward to Laura coming. Very trustworthy and professional yet caring.
